- 1 cup Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 tablespoon dark rum (optional)
- 1 cup dried fruit, diced (apricots, dates, cranberries, cherries, golden raisins, and brown raisins)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 large (15 ounces) Brie cheese round
Easy and impressive!
Stir corn syrup, vanilla, rum, dried fruit and pecans in small saucepan over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbling and thickened. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature. (Can be made ahead and refrigerated. Warm slightly to serve.)
Pour glaze over Brie round. Serve with crackers and bread slices.
