Keep your eye on the prize when cooking your eggs!
Keep a close watch. Eggs can go from raw to cooked in just a minute or two, so watch them closely to avoid overcooking.
Don't leave anything behind by doing this when baking.
For brownies or bar cookies, make removal easier by lining the baking pans with nonstick foil or using regular foil coated with cooking spray. Leave an overlay of tin foil on two sides of the pan. Just lift out and cut!
